Dilly Dilly, the band comprised mainly of LES Class of 2020 alumni, spent a day in February at the East West recording studio in Hollywood recording 4 original songs! Mom to the twin Pollack brothers on bass and guitar, Jessica Falcone, said, "It was surreal to witness their six-year musical journey culminate in a studio that has hosted legends from Frank Sinatra to The Rolling Stones."
They were featured in the previous issue of the LES Alumni News. You can follow them on Insta @dillydillyband to get the dilly on all their gigs.
NOTE: Their songs are now available on Spotify, iTunes and Apple Music.
Campus Update
Our recent spring gala had the 1960's theme, "Peace, Love & LES." It was a fun night out for the 21-and-over crowd, raising funds to keep the Los Encinos School program cutting edge.
(above) Ilene Reinfeld (middle, wearing red) and other LES moms got into the spirit of the '60s at the Peace, Love & LES gala in April.
At the event, an exciting surprise occurred when Mrs. Reinfeld announced the launch of a new fundraising initiative aimed at renovating the playground and several adjacent classrooms. The rooms to be updated include kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, the creative corner (formerly the music room), and the music room (formerly the art room). See renderings of the anticipated changes below. Your tax-deductible gift will help; any amount is welcome. Go to losencinosschool.org/renovation2026 to make a donation.
