Miss K has been hard at work transforming the wonderful work being done across each specialist program into a digital portfolio and it is now available online. The project was built out of a desire to showcase the incredible integration that takes place in the arts & humanities disciplines at Los Encinos School as they are approached by each grade level. A link to the new portfolio is posted under the Curriculum menu or click here to access Our Humanities directly. Feel free to email Miss Valerie and Miss K with your comments!

Join us for a panel discussion to learn how media and technology impacts our kids’ development. The discussion, and subsequent Q&A session, will arm parents with advice for parenting in the digital age. Come hear about:
What parents need to know about how children and teens are creating and consuming today’s media and technology.
How parents can guide their kids to make responsible, respectful and safe choices in the digital world.
How to better understand, engage and communicate with your kids about their use of social media.
