Lily Rowe, a senior at Campbell Hall, is the organizer of Clean Up Encino, a neighborhood trash pick-up event sponsored by the Encino Chamber of Commerce.
Their 2nd Annual Clean Up Encino Event is scheduled for Saturday, March 2 (rain date: Sun. March 3).
Students who participate can earn four hours of community service hours from The Encino Chamber of Commerce.
